About Grace Fellowship Church
Founded in 1976, Grace Fellowship Church of Anderson is a welcoming, biblically-rooted congregation located at 1603 Whitehall Road in Anderson, South Carolina. We are a life-giving church committed to helping people experience hope, joy, peace, and purpose through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We believe in authenticity, excellence, simplicity, and hospitality. Since our founding, we have walked alongside people through the complexities of relationships, parenting, finances, and faith — with a mission to help people know Jesus, thrive in their relationships, discover their purpose, and make a difference.
Grace Fellowship is a proud member of the Charis Fellowship — a network of churches in the USA and Canada united around Jesus in Truth, Relationship, and Mission. We currently hold Sunday morning worship at 11 AM, Sunday School at 10am, Wednesday small groups at 6:30 PM, and Thursday youth group at 6:15 PM.
Our Vision for Worship
At Grace Fellowship, worship is an invitation — not a performance. We gather to encounter the living God, and every element of our Sunday service is crafted to draw people into authentic communion with Jesus. We value worship that belongs to the congregation, not just the stage.
We expect believers and seekers alike to be in the room with us on Sunday mornings. Our worship should create space for committed followers of Jesus to go deeper with Him, while remaining accessible and inviting for those who are still exploring faith. If you share this heart, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
The Role
The Part-Time Worship Leader is a key ministry role at Grace Fellowship Church. You will work closely with the senior pastor to plan, prepare, and lead our weekly Sunday worship service. You will personally lead worship from the stage, oversee and develop our volunteer worship team, and ensure that every musical and creative element of the service serves the mission of the church.
This is not simply a music job. You are a shepherd, a leader, and a worshiper. You set the spiritual tone for our Sunday gatherings, and what you build in the worship ministry will shape the culture of Grace Fellowship for years to come.
